Our foraging walk proved to be an great success as we embarked on a journey through nature's bounty. Exploring the wilderness, we were rewarded with the delightful discovery of chicken of the wood mushrooms and dandelions.

The sighting of chicken of the wood mushrooms, with their vibrant orange hues, was a true treasure. These edible fungi are renowned for their rich, meaty texture and distinct flavour, making them a sought-after delicacy.
