Homegrown nasturtium leaves and flower salad

Ingredients:

For the Salad:

  • A handful of homegrown nasturtium leaves and flowers
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

For the Citrus Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry the nasturtium leaves and flowers, salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Set aside.
